the hotel was located in a convenient area, with easy access to various shops, restaurants, and transportation.
The exterior of the hotel was not well-maintained, which was quite disappointing. the customer service could use some improvement, especially when it came to handling an issue with the AC in our room.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms of this hotel. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the free Wi-Fi was a great feature that I enjoyed during my stay.
My experience at the hotel was overshadowed by poor customer service and maintenance issues. The staff was unhelpful when I reported problems with the air conditioning, and there seemed to be a lack of concern for guest comfort.
